A New Way to Translate Software and a More Accessible WPML – Q2 2025 Highlights
Great products come from solving real problems. This quarter, that belief took shape in PTC, our new software translation system built to eliminate the pain of localization. We also rolled out key updates to WPML, Toolset, and WooCommerce Multilingual.
In June, we officially launched PTC (Private Translation Cloud)—our new translation system for software teams who are tired of repeating the same painful localization process with every release.
PTC came from our own frustration: translating WPML into 23 languages every cycle, explaining the same context to different human translators, and juggling spreadsheets.
This update improves how WPML works for users with disabilities and lays the groundwork for even more enhancements in future versions.
Next, we plan to add full keyboard accessibility, support for text resizing, and clearer form fields to make WPML accessible for everyone.
