When accessing the clipboard history (long press in a textfield and then press clipboard), all my previous "copies" were included in the clipboard. I have Clear Clipboard enabled in bitwarden, but it just creates a new clipboard entry of a blank space. All the previous copies were still there.
There is a little work around. This will totally remove the clipboard history functionality (unless you use a third party keyboard), but it will retain a simple copy and paste functionality.
Workaround -- Specifically For Samsung Devices. May only work on certain samsung devices. I've only tested this on my Galaxy S21.
Using a s20FE and Google keyboard. Yes when I enable clear clipboard in Bitwarden an empty entry is created while the PW is retained. However, I usually don't enable clear clipboard. Also, Google keyboard clears the copied entries after a while, so the PW I copy just disappear on their own and I don't worry about them. Sorry if this isn't helpful to you.
Not saying it's not helpful. Google keyboard clearing it after a while is really useful info. Especially for those not familiar with abd or who don't want to Willy nilly delete a system app.
