Safety Freeze? : backblaze

I have a server that's been running backblaze for backups for years, and it's never been a problem. A couple of days ago, we noticed on the console that there was a "safety freeze" on the account, because of "a major inconsistency between the backups records"? The freeze was effective a couple of weeks ago.

How do I find out exactly what triggered the freeze, so I can check for data problems? I see no evidence at all of any data issues, but if there are some, I sure do want to know about it. I don't want to ignore the cause and just reinstall everything, and start the backup over (~4TB)

(The regular support system hasn't been helpful, they just want me to follow the reinstall steps on their website and ignore the cause.)
