This is new clean minimalistic interface. You can concentrate on something that really matters: top row third from the left rectangle.

Same thing happened to me a couple hours ago. Still going. Icognito mode works fine, Edge works fine. It seems like it's Chrome's fault.

Yup same issue, I was just searching why this was happening, because usually after clearing my data and turning off extensions it would fix itself, but not this time. I'm just glad that I'm not the only one, hopefully this gets fixed soon.

There is a fix that I know of right now. 1. click on the 3 lines in the upper left corner next to the youtube logo 2. click on "Home" and boom you can now play any videos you want have fun
