Prompt Security + SentinelOne: A New Chapter Begins

Today, I couldn’t be prouder to share that Prompt Security has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by SentinelOne.

This marks a major milestone in our journey, one that began less than two years ago with a clear but ambitious mission: to help organizations embrace AI securely.

My co-founder, Lior, and I have spent the past 15 years at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. We’ve seen the field evolve from niche research into the backbone of modern technology. As AI matured, and quickly became the most widely adopted and transformative technology in history, we recognized a massive gap: the world was racing ahead with AI, but security wasn’t keeping up.

It became clear to us that securing AI couldn’t be an afterthought. It required a purpose-built solution, one designed from the ground up to address AI’s unique risks and attack surfaces. That’s exactly what we set out to build with Prompt.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible people behind Prompt Security: our team, our customers, our partners, and our community. You believed in this mission before it was obvious, and helped us turn a vision into a product, and a product into real-world impact.
