Our hosting buyout program operates during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, EST. If your request is submitted outside of these hours, the buyout process may be held until business hours resume. Once we have all the necessary information, we can usually get everything set up that same day.

In order to process your contract buyout request and create your free hosting offer, we will need (1) the name of your current host, (2) the amount of time you have left on your prepaid contract, (3) the most recent invoice from your current host, (4) any signed agreement you have with your current host, and (5) the monthly Pressable plan you want to purchase.

We take into account the remaining time and funds on your current hosting contract. We calculate that value and divide it by the monthly cost of your new Pressable plan. Then, we apply the equivalent value of your existing contract toward your new Pressable hosting.
