Why Partizion doesn't have a free plan.
We believe too many companies have failed us. Everyone deserves a reliable Tab Session Manager that cares about their privacy and doesn't track it's users, is maintained and sustainable, doesn't bombard them with ads, and doesn't auction off their data.
Some tab session manager extensions might not charge you, but their product is certainly not truly “free.” You have to ask, what does this cost? If they don't charge you, will the extension be maintained? Is it sustainable?
1000s of tab managers have been released on the Chrome store. Less than 5% of them are maintained. Year after year users complain that they can no longer access the tabs they saved in some tab manager developer years ago and since abandoned.
Don't be fooled. The "free" software you use either isn't maintained or the developers make money in another way. Selling Ads or selling your data. At Partizion, we'd rather not have Ads shown to us or our personal data sold in our own personal library of tabs.
