Louis makes reservations directly through your Resy account. To do this, we use your Resy credentials to obtain an authentication token from Resy's public API, which is then saved to our database. The token expires, so you'll need to sign in again periodically.
It's up to users to follow Resy's Terms of Service. Dinefy is a tool that automates your interaction with Resy using their public API. We don't use web scraping. You can find other Resy automation tools out there.
