I got around to building v3 of the Airtable GTD tracker / dashboard template to share. Feel free to make a copy and get started!
For the past several years, I’ve recommended it to many friends. I built my GTD tracker / dashboard on Airtable, and have shared a template with them.
Airtable syncs with my Google Calendar, and I’ve configured it to send me a daily digest. It’s typically in my inbox by 5:30AM Pacific Time, so I get to see what I have due that day.
GTD—or “Getting things done”—is a framework created by David Allen for organizing and tracking your tasks and projects.
Anytime I think of something I need to do on the go, I bring up Airtable App on my phone and add it to the list. Things like, pay vet bills, file FSA reimbursement.
When I have a project that I want to tackle, I would create a Project and add a bunch of tasks to In and pull in the immediate next steps to Next Action.
