Apparently, Blockfi made a mistake and started paying promo rewards to applicants in Crypto rather than USD stablecoins, despite the fact that the amount was the same. They're currently sending out threatening emails to their customers, threatening to sue if they don't return the crypto.

News Apparently Blockfi goofed up and started paying promo rewards to applicants with Crypto instead of USD stablecoins but with the same number amount. Anyway They're sending out threatening emails to their customers at the moment to give back the crypto or get sued. (i.redd.it)
