WTF is going on with this limit on posting comments? I have no negative points in any subreddit and hundreds in many. But the ten minute bullshit persists : help
If you are a new user/trying to submit a post in a reddit you have not submitted to before, please take some time to first participate in that reddit (browse, upvote content/comments etc).

Across many accounts - to the point where I post a comment, it says wait ten minutes, I wait an hour and it still says wait ten minutes. No matter what subreddit I try and comment on, I have to wait ten minutes between ANY comments, ANYWHERE.
There has been no acknowledgement or message about it since. Some people have posted generic "yeah we're working on it" responses from support, which is nice but not the same thing at all.
