Infrastructure as Software vs Infrastructure as Code : kubernetes
Basically I am suggesting (with data to back it up) that instead of writing/managing infrastructure as code, we should be writing and managing infrastructure as formal software. Tests, IDEs, Features, Modern deployment piplines, Libraries, etc.
