SNAP is a Simple Nutrient Solution Program for hydroponics or SNAP Hydroponics®. It is a hydroponic system or method that uses SNAP Nutrient Solution for Hydroponics.

To complete the SNAP Hydroponics system, it also uses seedling plugs and grow boxes. They form a system that is compatible with the passive hydroponic method known as “Kratky's method.”

This is the SNAP Nutrient Solution for Hydroponics that is tested and practiced at IPB, UPLB. Also known as "SNAP Hydroponics nutrients", "SNAP nutrients" and "SNAP nutsol."

Many brands or formulations of nutrient solution for hydroponics (SNAP Hydroponics®) have a long history of efficiency.

Because SNAP Nutrients (nutsol) is the result of more than two decades of research by the Institute of Plant Breeding (IPB, UPLB) scientists. This is an IPB project in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture and the Bureau of Agricultural Research.
