Google has embarked on vocational certification, hoping to help people prepare for their work skills, share the certifications obtained to gain the trust of potential employers, or deduct credits for college-related subjects, and provide resources for job hunting and interviews.

Google's professional certification program is divided into four professional programs: data analysis (Data Analyst), project management (Project Manager), user experience design (UX Designer), and IT support (IT Support Specialist).

According to Google’s description of this profession, these course participants do not need to have a university degree. The course content includes troubleshooting, customer service, networking, operating systems, system management, and information security. These certifications are for beginners and do not require any experience in this area.

The IT support professional certification has obtained the ACE (American Council on Education) credit certification. Completing the professional certification course at Google can earn 12 university credits, which is equivalent to 4 university courses. This opens up another channel for further studies for those who want to obtain a college diploma.

Those who have completed the certification can further obtain CompTIA A+ certification as the goal. Google professional certification courses are a good foundation for obtaining CompTIA certification.
