3/ A reasonable assumption is that every user story takes up 2 hours of the team's time across all different meetings/'ceremonies' - Epic kickoff, storymapping, grooming, standup, sprint planning, ' etc etc

4/ Assuming an average salary of €100K (obv could be a lot less or a lot but median software dev salary in the US is $107K) then avg hourly pay is €48. So...

5/ €48 * 7 people * 2 hours = €672! Each user story costs €672 before any actual work is done on that story. Not to mention the opportunity cost of what everyone could have been doing instead of sitting in those meetings..
