1/ Until about a year ago I would stumble upon a good book, binge read for a few days, then lapse back into a period of no-reading.

2/ This changed when I read @JamesClear’s Atomic Habits. James’s big idea is that small actions done consistently over a long period of time are dramatically more powerful than sporadic bursts of activity.
