I’m pretty sure “Halt and Catch Fire” was designed with the specific purpose of making anyone who worked in computing in the 1980s as anxious as humanly possible. Also, anyone who doesn’t appreciate a partner who can rescue data from a failed hard drive doesn’t deserve them.
