The United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced this Sunday that it will begin building new terminals at Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai's second , to make it the largest in the world, once completed, with capacity for more than 260 million passengers .

In his X account, Dubai Governor Mohamed bin Rashid announced the start of construction of "the new terminals at Al Maktoum International Airport", which will cost approximately 128 billion Emirati dirhams ($34 billion).
