Asus to soon launch commercial PCs in India

Taiwanese tech giant Asus has announced that it is soon going to launch commercial PCs in India. Calling it a next strategic step for the brand, Asus said that the company already offers “expertise in motherboards and high-tech Gaming PCs.” In a press statement, the company said that it will be catering to businesses of all sizes, including micro businesses, SMBs and large enterprise customers with its varied portfolio. In the coming weeks, the company is expected to launch products across all key segments covering notebooks, desktops, all in ones and mobile workstations. Asus is also going to be working closely with Microsoft and Intel to “introduce the product range with the latest processors.” The company is also said to be offering value-added services for enterprises such as warranty extension options, accidental damage protection, hard disk retention service, and priority service. Just last week, the company expanded its Zenfone series with the launch of the Zenfone 7 and Zenfone 7 Pro in its home country. Although the two handsets do not have a launch date for the Indian market, they are expected to be launched here soon. Like the Zenfone 6 series, the Zenfone 7 too offers a flip camera design, which is also the USP of the handsets. The latest Zenfone models are said to be using a smaller motor offering an improved life cycle with 100 flips a day for 5 years.
