When online shoppers have a bad experience, some might ding the seller with a one-star review or just let the matter go. Kendra Schaefer went to an online court presided over by a crab with a unibrow, powdered wig and gavel.
The Beijing-based technology consultant had paid the equivalent of $3 last year for what was described as a white designer T-shirt, size L, on a Chinese used-goods internet bazaar called Idle Fish. The order arrived as a white, non-designer T-shirt, size 2XL. She requested a refund.
