Roxy Jacenko has made no secret of the fact she has undergone a litany of cosmetic procedures in the past, including a boob job, rhinoplasty, Botox and lip fillers.

And on Thursday, the 40-year-old Sydney PR maven looked worlds away from her role on the 2013 season of Celebrity Apprentice Australia.

Appearing on Channel Nine’s Today show via video link, Roxy laughed off her changing appearance and said: ‘You can say I’ve had a bit of help over the years!’
