I think the attitude of everybody in the world should be to stay curious and to respect language diversity. And whenever you try a new language, the odds are the first 10 hours, 20 hours, it's going to be annoying because it's very different to what you're used to. But I think it's really important that people hold on to those first 10, 20 hours, if nothing else, to solidify their own understanding of the language where they're best suited.

Welcome to episode 79 of ArrayCast. I'm your host, Conor. And today with us, we have a record three guests, and we will get to introducing them probably in a few minutes because we have a couple of announcements, a couple, a few, maybe many. But first, we're going to go around and do brief introductions. We'll start with Bob, then we'll go to Stephen, then we'll go to Adám and finish with Marshall.

And as mentioned before, my name's Conor, host of the show, massive array language fan and polyglot in general, and super excited to talk about one of the topics, teaser. I mean, probably it's in the title. We're going to be talking about MATLAB and the MathWorks company and, you know, other descendant languages from that, Julia, et cetera. But before we get to introducing the three aforementioned guests, we've got a few announcements. So we'll go to Adám first, who's got six, and then I'll circle back to me and we'll go from there.
