In Machine Dialectics 1-4, using ChatGPT-4, I was able to narrow in on logical and philosophical fields in order to help complete an airtight formulation that synthesizes linguistic, scientific, and philosophical observations into a single, coherent theory of transcendental idealism, grounded in foundations, but proved (in part) with Coherentism (consilience). With the aid of the machine, I was able to investigate further.
The second set of dialogues illustrates that in the first set, the machine was not being agreeable; rather, we assembled a super-framework that subsumed and integrated large categories of ‘determinate methodologies.’ Here we see the problems the machine has in integrating multiple paradigms into a single logical output. And this dialogue is on easy mode. I expect the next to be even more surprising.
