Static vs Dynamic Routing in Mininet

This topology will show you that configuration static routing and/or dynamic routing in a network environment. So, you can know what is different both of them.

First, here I will show you how to config static routing in mininet. Save the file into python file, I was named by static_routing.py on that’s file.

Now, you can try to execute the file with python command. You execute static routing file first to know what happened by using command: sudo python static_routing.py
