A tale of SaaS and pricing

Our startup needs the ability to transcribe calls of employees that are customer facing and there is not much information online on how we can create bots that can join the calls and transcribe them (just like otter.ai)

First thought: Its backed by YC. I have a huge negative bias against it. Most of them would just have an incentive to squeeze out as much money as possible. Anyway I overcome the bias and move on.

Guess I will have to go ahead and book a call. I should have given up at this point but this API will save us tons of time and money for our team.
