As I write this, it is the beginning of summer and the job market for software engineers is red hot. Fresh college graduates, bootcampers, and even tenured engineers are getting in on the action. It seems like every other day I see a post on Twitter or LinkedIn about someone getting hired or moving companies. Many people are finding success and celebrating their wins over social media.

As a show of solidarity to my mentees and everyone else growing through job search pains, I wanted to relay some of my biggest interviewing mishaps, blunders, and gaffes. I hope they make you feel at least a little better about your own scenarios.
