7.5 How are Virtual Machines Created?

A server pool. See Section 6.7, “How are Server Pools Created?” for information on creating server pool.

Source file(s) in a repository from which to create the virtual machine. The source files can be any of the following:

Imported ISO file. See Section 4.8, “How are ISO Files (CD/DVD Images) Managed?” for more information on how to import ISO files.

Virtual machine template. See Section 4.6, “How are Virtual Machine Templates Managed?” for more information on how to import a virtual machine template.

Virtual machine assembly. See Section 4.7, “How are Assemblies Managed?” for more information on how to import an assembly.
