Every now and then, I become possessed by a new idea that so potently captures my interest that I lose sight of all current projects that I have on my plate. When I flirt with this new thing, I start to imagine how, when it’s finished, it will suddenly catapult my unpopular self into the mountaintops where talked-about writers hang out and drink their organic tea.
