Playstation 5 isn’t what people were told or shown originally!
Notice anything different from the pictures above? Well I do really fast and that is the lack of quality of the materials used to create the PlayStation 5 when announced and showed off but once the shipments started to end up in the hands of the Youtubers, Playstation took on a ugly stick. Instead of the out of space look of the glossy black reflective look of the Playstation 5 original look we have a very cheap black matte plastic layers. Now normally they wait for the drop the prices of the system before they take away the same quality they had before. Like the original Playstation 3 started off with a very high quality look and touch controls and then went to a cheaper matte plastic and physical buttons instead of the touch controls of the first quality unit when the lowered the cost.
The problem is that this Playstation 5 isn’t discounting any of it’s cost nor letting anyone know about how they were changing the design to a cheaper looking material. Most people don’t pay attention to this but I noticed this right away because the glossy reflective look on the ps5 was one of the best things about the look and design of the ps5 that I really liked. So when Unbox therapy showed the unit up close on their latest videos I noticed the missing glossy high quality look of the ps5 shown off for months has all of sudden changed to a cheap looking unit. The difference is clear and very disappointing especially being that the cost is the same. Basically what they showed us isn’t what we are getting but just like everything else about Playstation 5 deficiencies, they will be looked over and past over or excused as something that people claim they wanted all along so they can sleep better.
