1. The double disc refiner consists of two fixed grinding discs fixed on the casing and movable base and a grinding disc installed on the rotating shaft to form two grinding areas. 2. The pulp enters the middle of the grinding area from the two pulp inlet pipes on the machine casing and the stator inlet disc. It passes through the grinding area under the action of centrifugal force and pulp inlet pressure, and is beaten by the compression and impact of the toothed discs in the grinding area. process, it is sent out from the pulp outlet. 3. The rotating disk and the main shaft are connected by splines, allowing flexible axial movement.
