VitaDAO / whitepaper Public

There were several unaddressed open comments in the original Google docs working copy. Over the coming days, I will turn all of those into Github issues and attempt to make the original commentor a reviewer for that issue.

Placing the paper here, in a form that allows contributors to focus on only content rather than formatting, frees up those contributor's valuable time. We can also track the changes we make back to who and why, and make provisional changes on branches for review prior to publishing. Lastly, sourced from here on github, all approved changes to the whitepaper will be available to the public and the website immediately.
