Please return my property – as I have asked through your official contact form, by email (with read receipts), and by phone many times, and have been intentionally ignored.
The City of San Francisco refuses to return my property. Not only do they refuse to return my property, their criminal gang of employees and litany of willfully complicit attorneys (where Rob Bonta was previously employed, and likely why he refuses to respond or uphold very simple laws and victim’s rights against their known crimes) actively work to prevent the return of my property in their ongoing spiteful retaliation and infliction of suffering for seeking the redress of grievances after the SFPD raped and tortured me when I was an assault victim pleading for their help.
In accordance with the Victim’s rights enumerated in the California Constitution article I, § 28, section (b) 14 “To the prompt return of property when no longer needed as evidence.” I have requested the return of my property numerous times.
