"These planned changes are designed to reinforce our go-to-market execution, improve operating margins, and enable us to continue to operate from a position of strength," Chief Executive Jennifer Tejada said. Chief Revenue Officer Dave Justice is also leaving the company after the end of the financial year, PagerDuty said. Still, the company backed its sales and adjusted earnings guidance for the fiscal fourth quarter and the fiscal 2023 year. Ms. Tejada said PagerDuty remains committed to growing revenue more than 20% year over year "even in an uncertain economic environment." The company expects to book costs of $19 million to $23 million in the fourth quarter and the fiscal 2024 year in connection with the layoffs and the sale of real estate.
