This release is minimal. The foundation of the program is clearly demonstrated. A graphical menu has not been included as it would assume branch directions which would be ahead of the development progress. The feeling generally was that it was best to just go ahead with a minimal, foundation block type of release, and anyways I had posted some advertisements for DCKIM on Yonge Street between Sheppard Avenue and Finch Avenue utilizing the little-used and dilapidated community sign-boards.

This release coincides with the physical installation of an experimental, though simplistic, and independent project to promote local connection through linking private websites in a decentralized system, and where validation is chiefly ascertained through the 'QR-FLIP CONNECT' tack sheets. Community members can post their own QR links there, with space for a small icon, image, or text, and then others can come and do likewise. The idea is that participants will link each other's websites from their own, thus giving a local online ecosystem a method for developing.
