The Ministry of Digital Development said that the main direction now is to strengthen cooperation and establish dialogue with countries that are ready to work with the Russian Federation.
Commenting on the dismissal of 11 Russian employees involved in the development of the Linux operating system kernel, a ministry representative said: “It is necessary to negotiate with them and build our own alternative structure.”

Among them are SberDevices employees and Aurora OS developers. Linux founder Linus Torvalds confirmed that, in fact, all 11 people were suspended due to their connections to Russia and reminded him of anti-Russian sanctions.
