Of the various wrongdoings that he’s accused of, Microsoft founder Gates is being pulled up by Twitterati in India now for allegedly funding a progamme of testing and sterilizing indigenous vaccines on tribal children through his NGO Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) in 2009.

According to a GreatGameIndia report, a Seattle-based NGO, Program for Appropriate Technology in Health (PATH), with the help of funding by BMGF, executed a project to administer the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine to 14,000 tribal girls of 10-14 years aged in 2009 in Telangana’s Khammam.
