The budget retailer is reopening all of its 153 stores in England on Monday after being given the green light by the Government last month.

In news images released today, Primark has showcased the major changes being made to stores in order to ensure they all fall in line with the strict guidelines issued by the Government to prevent further spread of coronavirus.

Changes include customers being asked to wait outside once the customer limit is met, two metre floor markings and certain areas of the store closed off completely.

Images released are taken inside London's Westfield store, but the changes and safety measures will be implemented in Liverpool too.

Paul Marchant, Primark CEO, said: “We have really missed our customers and we are delighted to be back on 15 June and able to provide them with the quality, affordable products they love from Primark.

“While it might take a little longer to get into store, once inside, customers will find all their favourite Primark products and plenty of choice as usual. We have worked hard to make sure that clear signage and extra help will be there to guide them through the changes we have made to allow for social distancing.
