Welcome to our new six-part mini-series blog, “Operating a lean engineering team in the era of increasing productivity.” We’ll showcase how we’ve exponentially grown our business while keeping our team size dangerously small. As of this writing, Slope has an engineering team of just seven people, yet we support enterprise clients like IKEA (read more here), and have raised over $77 million in equity funding. This is all while managing the numerous regulatory compliance requirements for a financial services company.

The learnings from our engineering team at Slope worked well for us but may not necessarily apply to your team.
