For those of you who have taken a journalism or writing class, the words who, what, how, when, where and sometimes why have meaning when it comes to storytelling. If you want to tell the best story you must include those elements in your writing and whenever possible, exercise brevity. I’ve taken on the task of introducing you to Nova Terra with those words in mind, having focused on the who and the what thus far in blog posts #1 and #2 respectively. Today, I will answer our most asked question when it comes to EcoBlox: how do you do make them?

The graphic above was not meant to give you intimate details about the process of making EcoBlox. It is a cool piece of content, in my opinion, that was prepared by students from the Colorado School of Mines in an effort to provide a 20,000-foot view of Nova Terra’s process. These engineering students are part of a Capstone project with Nova Terra where we are resource mapping and performing soil tests on various quarry samples, and since they are such a delight to work with I thought I should present their content.

Nova Terra is evolving the engineering behind EcoBlox every week, just as my company is evolving and I am evolving within the NREL West Gate program as an entrepreneur. I feel lucky to be surrounded by such thoughtful mentors, most of whom have been where I am right now. They have been in my shoes.
